Over several years, we collaborated with Initiatives of Change (NGO) to coordinate an international internship programme for young leaders from around the world. Hosted at the Caux Conference Centre in Switzerland, the programme combined training, mentoring, conflict resolution, and community-building activities—creating a space for intercultural learning and global citizenship development.

For a decade, we partnered with Foundations for Freedom NGO to deliver leadership workshops for young people in Ukraine, Romania, Belarus, and Poland. The trainings focused on empowering youth to embrace democratic values, strengthen ethical leadership, and develop practical skills for active participation in their communities.

In collaboration with Elien Hanselaer, we designed and facilitated a series of empathy workshops for the general public in The Hague, Netherlands. These workshops focused on enhancing empathic communication, emotional awareness, and community connection—helping participants strengthen both personal and collective resilience.

We organised an intensive week of learning, self-exploration, and community-building in Athens, Greece. The programme brought together enthusiasts to explore themes of personal growth, social connection, and psychological well-being through experiential learning methods.

Since 2019, Wavability has provided educational services for Erasmus University Rotterdam, supporting students in developing professional research and analytical skills. This long-term collaboration contributes to the university’s mission of equipping learners with critical thinking, collaboration, and applied research competences.
